Threaded transport anchor SR - straight version
Straight tail threaded transport anchors SR can be used universally for various precast concrete elements on the one hand, but on the other hand they can show their capabilities in e.g. bar-shaped elements or walls. Either with extremely thin or heavy prefabricated elements – depending on the element type and its dimensions different sizes are available. Axial-, diagonal and lateral tension are no problem for the threaded anchor with straight tail.
Compact anchor SR
An extremely wide range of applications can be realised with the Compact anchor SR due to the combination of a compressed foot and a plain round steel bar. Because of the very short embedment depth the Compact anchor is typically suitable for special wall geometries with less space, but also for use in stairs, for example. Axial-, diagonal and lateral tension are no problem for the Compact anchor.
Compact anchor - short version
Due to their low embedment depth, Compact anchors SR in short version are the ideal solution for light, thin slab-like precast concrete elements. The load directions axial and diagonal tension are available without restrictions for this anchor type.
Threaded transport anchor elongation SR
The anchor elongation SR is intended for applications where it is not possible to lift off directly at the transport anchor. E.g. with cubicles in prefabricated construction with subsequently mounted roof element, the transport of the complete module is thus possible. Here, the elongation is screwed into an existing threaded transport anchor (of the cubicle) through a recess in the roofing slab.
Lifty SR
For a daily use in the precast plant or on the construction site the Lifty SR is a robust and universally applicable lifting device for the Power System SR. It consists of a forged ring bolt with a welded chain link, both galvanised.
Lifty SR DS
The Lifty SR DS with wire rope is a universally applicable lifting device for the Power System SR system. It consists of a forged ring bolt with a thread and galvanised pressed-steel wire rope.
Marking ring SR with clip
With the Marking ring SR with clip on the one hand a clear identification of the anchor when installed is possible and on the other hand to secure the position of the optional additional reinforcement (for diagonal or lateral tension).
Plastic recess former SR
The Plastic recess former SR is used to fix the Threaded transport anchor SR to the mould tightly. This can be done either by nailing or hot gluing of the Plastic recess former SR before the Transport anchor is screwed on.
Plastic recess former SR SZ15
By inclining the transport anchor by 15°, it is possible to work without an additional reinforcement for diagonal tension. The recess former SR SZ15 is the main component of this function and also completes the transport anchor system SR with this savings option.
